OFFICE HOURS:Intake Hours
Mondays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday through Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Families are received on a first come first serve basis.
Photo ID and proof of address dated within the last 30 days are required.

OFFICE DAYS:Monday through Friday Families will only be assisted during Intake hours.)

Food Pantry
Assisting families with dry goods, canned foods and frozen and fresh items, as available.

Furniture Ministry
Furniture requests should be made in person on Mondays ONLY- serving on a first come first serve basis (a photo ID and proof of address are required).

Financial Assistance—as available
Assistance for disconnect notices on utilities only, or rent that is late—NO DEPOSITS (a copy of the disconnect is required).

Clothing Certificate
Families may receive certificates for clothing to be used at Anna's Closet. (A photo ID is required)

ELIGIBILITY:When funds are available (limited to once a year)

DOCUMENTS NEEDED:ID and proof of address are required for all assistance, a copy of the disconnect notice is required for financial assistance.

RESTRICTIONS:Food may be received once a month.
Furniture items may be received once a year.
Clothing Vouchers may be received once every six months
Financial Assistance is limited to once a year.

HOW TO USE:All assistance requires a personal interview during intake hours and required documents should be brought in.
