OFFICE HOURS:7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon (Call before noon)

OFFICE DAYS:Monday through Friday

Daily Phone Call to Elderly:
Elderly persons are requested to call into the Troy Fire Department every day before noon.

If they do not call in by 12:00 noon, the Fire Department calls to check on them. If there is still no answer, a police car will be dispatched to check on the person.

ELIGIBILITY:Any elderly person in Troy who feels the need to check in every day with Operation Safeguard and has no one else to check on them.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED:Doctor's name
Phone number and name of neighbor or relative who would have their house key.

RESTRICTIONS:N/A

HOW TO USE:Fill out a card at the Troy Fire Department with phone number and other pertinent data, or call and we will send the information to you.
