Community and Business Programs:
Loans/grants are available to communities to finance community facilities, waste and water projects and small businesses.

Rural Housing Loans:
Rural housing loans (direct) are available to low-income applicants. Payments are based upon income. Houses must be modest in size and design.

Rural housing loans (guaranteed) are available to moderate income applicants. Loans are made by commercial lenders at prevailing interest rates, no down payment required.

ELIGIBILITY:Community and Business Programs:
Varies according to program, community size and needs.

Rural Housing Loans:

  1. Applicants can not exceed income limits. Income is based on total household income for each county and family size.
  2. Good credit history.
  3. Can not qualify for a conventional loan.
  4. Lacks adequate housing.
