OFFICE HOURS:8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

OFFICE DAYS:Monday through Friday

County-wide Information and Referral regarding services for expectant parents, newborns, and infants and toddlers birth through 3 years of age.

Home visit on request, including initial child screening and assessment for development, environmental, family or health circumstances.

Follow - along and support in gaining requested county services.

Prenatal visits that include health and prenatal education, and information on community resources.

ELIGIBILITY:Any Miami County parents that have concern about their child.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED:None

RESTRICTIONS:We serve children from birth through Age 3.

HOW TO USE:If you have a child with special needs or are concerned that your child is not doing the same things that other children the same age are, call for information. If you agree, developmental information and/or referrals can be provided; and a home visit may be scheduled.
