Citizen Advocacy
Connecting people in the community with individuals who have a disability. This allows people to have the opportunity to get to know people who have disabilities.

System Advocacy
Assistance with working within other agencies systems/procedures.

Self-Advocacy
Learning to "Speak Up" for yourself, etc.

Educational Program

ELIGIBILITY:Adults Weekend--age 16 and over; have a developmental disability.

Bowling League--18 and older; have a developmental disability.

Citizen Advocacy--at least 18 years of age.

Information & Referral/System Advocacy/Self-Advocacy—None.

Bowling League, Citizen Advocacy, Information and Referral,--no documentation required.

RESTRICTIONS:Refer to Eligibility Section.

HOW TO USE:Call for an appointment or stop by the office 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

FEE POLICY:Adult Weekend -- $70.00 per person.

Bowling League -- Bowling costs $6.25 per week.

Citizen Advocacy -- None except for some community activities.

Information and Referral/Family First/System Advocacy/Self-Advocacy -- None.
