| Medical services include:
- Female Annual examinations
- Breast examinations and Pap smears for cancer screening
- Male and Female Screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections
(plus the partners of our patients)
- Emergency contraception
- Urinalysis and blood test for anemia
- Pregnancy testing
- Hormone replacement therapy and other mid-life service
- Birth control, including pills, Depo-ProveraŽ, diaphragm,
IUDs, condoms and foam. Colposcopy is available at the Downtown Dayton and Hamilton Center only.
Educational Services include grant-funded teen pregnancy prevention programs in Montgomery, Clark, Miami and Shelby counties. Some general sexuality educational programs may be available in Clark County. A multi-media Library and Sexual Abuse Resource Center is available at the Downtown Dayton and Hamilton Center only.

| ELIGIBILITY: | There are no requirements for medical services. Strict confidentiality is maintained at all times. Parental or spousal notification or consent for service is not required. For information on our educational services, please call (937) 226-0780, ext. 106.

| DOCUMENTS NEEDED: | Patients with insurance (both private and Medicaid) need to bring their insurance cards along with a picture ID.

For medical services, we offer a sliding fee. In addition, we take Medicaid and some insurance plans. We do not accept Medicare.
